Appointment Policy -🚨
- A non refundable deposit is required to secure an appointment request.
The deposit is credited towards the cost for service.*
* (All Services are NON Refundable/ Non Transferable).*
- A (48) business hour notice is required for any scheduled appointment change requests, cancellations; or the modification request will be denied.
Cancelled appointments regardless of when requested will forfeit the deposit.
- Should the appointment date in question be a “no show”, the session will be forfeited for package clients and for non package clients, the card on file or the card used to secure your appointment will be charged the full value of service booked.
Package prices are shown as cash priced. Should a credit/debit card be used for payment, a 2.5% card processing fee will be added.
All purchased services expire 12 months of purchase date.
